Pat’s Prime Cleaning Services LLC is a locally owned, minority-owned, and woman-owned small business that provides professional, trustworthy, and detail-oriented cleanings to homes and commercial entities through well-trained staff. We pay special attention to those hidden parts of rooms and spaces that are easily missed, and we strive to operate in a spirit of excellence and to go above and beyond expectations.
We provide a more personalized cleaning experience; we want customers to feel that the services they paid for were tailor made for them. Plus, we’re more concerned about the quality of the work than the volume of business–even as we’ve continued to grow. The owner provides the majority of oversight of the work to preserve a high standard for the business.

Its founder, Patricia “Pat” Worford, has always had a passion for cleaning, which started at a young age. I grew up in an extremely neat house with a mom who cleaned all the time, and I wanted to be just like her.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from UAB in 1994, I eventually landed a job at Birmingham-Southern College (BSC) in the Office of Communications. During the 20 years I was employed at BSC, I graduated from the school’s Master of Arts in Public and Private Management program, which taught me leadership, project management, and relationship-building skills. That led me to want to pursue my passion of starting a cleaning service.
