Why should I choose Pat’s Prime?

We are locally owned and operated and will meet with you face-to-face to give you the best experience possible. We offer in-home and written estimates. We can only offer you a price range over the phone.

Do I have to be there when you’re cleaning?

No, as long as we have a way to get in and we can lock up after we leave.

How often will you clean my home?

We offer weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly cleaning services. 

What cleaning products will you be using?

Pat’s Prime uses the Melaleuca line of cleaning products and a homemade cleaning product called Force 5 as we make efforts to become more environmentally aware. We also use CDC-recommended disinfectants in this age of Covid disease.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Your business is important to us, and we want to make sure you are happy and completely satisfied. If the quality of work performed and paid for is not satisfactory, contact us within 24 hours and we will make arrangements to rectify the situation. If you believe we did an outstanding job, please write a review of us on our website so others can see what our service has to offer. We love to read customer reviews!

How do I pay for my cleaning?

We accept cash, check, credit card, and Cash App.

Do I need to pay a deposit first?

No deposit is required prior to cleanings. 

What do I need to do to prepare for my cleaning job?

  • Make your home accessible
  • Turn off the alarm system
  • Make sure house or office temperature is set comfortably so it’s neither too warm nor too cold.
  •  Make sure valuables are put away to avoid accidents. Limited liability protection is available for antiques or non-replaceable items. Customer has two weeks to request or report damaged or broken items for replacement or repair. After two weeks, customer assumes liability.

What should I expect from your cleaning service?

  • Vacuuming carpets and floors
  • Sweeping, mopping, and swiffering floors
  • Emptying trash
  • High and low dusting
  • Cleaning door handles and light fixtures
  • Dusting windows, windowsills, and ledges
  • Changing linen/folding laundry (often as an additional service)

How far in advance can I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment one month or less in advance.
