Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. 

If you cancel or reschedule on the day of the cleaning job, a $50 fee will be charged. 

Also, if we are unable to access your home or business once we arrive on site, you will be charged a $50 fee.

Pat’s Prime Cleaning Services does NOT guarantee the elimination of all stains—especially those like mildew or rust caused by hard water build-up or a lack of maintenance.

Initial residential cleanings—getting the house in tip-top shape—can cost 30 to 50 percent more than follow-up visits.
